Important instructions:
- Enter your EcoQuest Dealer # and EBC password on this page (See below) and then click "Submit".
- On the next page, you will be asked to accept the EcoQuest Business Solutions Terms and Conditions. Once you accept these terms, you will be redirected to our partner’s site, Credit Discovery, for completion of the credit application.
- Once at the Credit Discovery site, you will be asked to choose from the following two choices:
- "I already have a login ID (username / password) on the TVP/EcoQuest system, and I am returning to access a merchant application in progress, or link an additional application to my login."
- "I have not accessed the TVP/EcoQuest system in the past, but need to login to complete my merchant application and sign documents."
For most of you, this will be the first time accessing the Credit Discovery system so be sure to choose the second option
- If you are a new user will be asked for your name, email address, desired username and you will be prompted to create a new password
- USE YOUR ECOQUEST DEALER NUMBER AS YOUR USERNAME AND YOUR EBC PASSWORD AS YOUR NEW PASSWORD.
- The authorization Key is to be left blank
- Click the "Login" button
Additional Information:
After creating this log in and new password you will be asked to complete personal information, employment information, and bank account
information.
You will also be asked to authorize a credit check, and ACH authorization via an electronic signature. Please take your time to read all
terms and instructions.
Also during the application, you will be asked to verify items from your credit file such as bank names and payment amounts.
Be sure to have ready access to this type of information.
Once your application is complete, you should receive your EcoQuest Business Solutions MasterCard within 10 business day.
